2) Make sure your listing in the MLS has all the correct information. No one is perfect and it only takes one little mistake to drive potential buyers away. If you have a 3 bedroom home and it is advertised in the MLS as a two bedroom, you might not get as many showings on your home.
3) Staging and Curb Appeal- Make sure you home has great curb appeal. It is harder to get a buyer inside a home to view it if the outside isn’t looking good.
