Greg Kime – Team Leader

Greg Kime, RealtorGreg is the team leader for The Kime Group. He is responsible for negotiating all of contracts, listing our properties, communicating with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, and networking with buyers and other realtors. He also oversees and reviews the entire marketing program. With 18 years of experience, his expertise lies in his negotiating and marketing skills. Because he has an incredible support team, he is available for our clients at all times.

With our proven track record and solid reputation, Greg is repeatedly consulted as a local expert for his insights on southeastern Michigan’s real estate market.

I continue to further my education for the primary purpose of protecting my clients in today’s market. My continuing education also allows me to stay abreast of marketing strategies to facilitate the sale of my listings. A licensed realtor, Wendy is influential in all aspects of our team’s business. Wendy has experience as a buyer’s agent; closing manager; and financial officer at The Kime Group. She is a graduate from Northern Michigan University and Livonia Stevenson High School. Wendy and Angie work together to make the administrative side of The Kime Group as efficient as possible for our clients.
